She’s been a part of our Sunday evening TV viewing since January and after ushering ten couples to their blissful union, Kayise Ngqula takes a break.
Kayise joined Our Perfect Wedding after a clinching the shows’ Perfect New Host title in November last year. Matshezi, as she’s affectionately known, will return to our screens in July.
Kayise described her first experience on set as nerve-wrecking, adding that her favourite part was the actual wedding day.
“It’s been an incredible ten week tenure of learning, adjusting to a new life both personally and professionally and of growth as a TV host. I always prioritize the couples and in that way, I shine too,” she said.
Taking over from her is the bubbly Nomsa Buthelezi. Now, Nomsa is no stranger to us, as she’s hosted the show a couple of times, with her last appearance late last year.
