Kea is a sharp shooter, saying things as she sees them and as they are. As the old saying goes, the apple does not fall far from the tree, in this case the family tree becasue Kea is just as electric and big a personality as her uncle, Kgosi. We look at 5 tmes she said it like it is and threw serious shade.
1. Meet the Family (Part 1)
Remember when lovebirds Amo and Kagiso were so besotted with each other, he decided to introduce the love of his life to the Khoza family? It did not take long for Kea to decide she did not approve of her brother's new love. She was quick to cut her down to size but Amo proved more confident an opponent than Kea could handle.
2. Meet the Family (Part 2)
Kea is the sister you do not want to bring your significant other home to. When Shaka brought Linda home for dinner, she was sure to remind everyone at the table how Linda had left Shaka for a soccer player when they were younger. She also pointed out how interesting it was that Linda had decided to come back into Shaka's life just as he had become very rich.
3. Not Excluded
Linda, Shaka's former flame came onto the scene from Cape Town and told him he had a long-lost son...10-year old Khaya! Shaka was quick to have the information verified with a DNA test but was a bit slow to understand what the results really meant. Kea, never being one to shy away from drama took it upon herself to explain the results, relishing every moment of his embarrassment.
4. Retail Revenge
It was the moment we all learned that you do not mess with Kea's fashion, shoes and credit cards. Kea was livid after Shaka cancelled her credit cards when her mother was in jail, denying her countless opportunities to drown herself in retail therapy. Back at the ranch, Linda was on a spending spree including a R5000 dress and a pair of designer heels. Kea was not having any of that. So she quietly and undetected, slipped into Linda's bedroom, stole the designer heels, worked some magic on them and had Linda tumbling down the stairs. Some might think she is a big mouth but her quiet revenge is absolutely devastating.
5. I see Dollar Signs
Kea knows how to put together parties as gorgeous as she is. A trait she gets from her stunning and classy mother, according to her uncle Kgosi. The latest party was the most important, a luncheon to introduce Kagiso as the new leader of the Khoza family to the big five buyers. The most important of the big five is of course, leader of the pack, Dollar. Linda had plans to strategically place Dollar next to Kagiso. Kea was way ahead of her! She used her hidden people skills to charm Dollar and instructed Linda to be about her way. Needless to say, Kea was very pleased with herself when the party was a resounding success...for Kagiso, Kea and Kgosi.
Kea continues to give life and shade on The Queen. She has her fans and those who love to hate her and hate to love her!
