Church girl and avid biker Thembi found a message on her Facebook inbox from a gentleman she didn't know, asking for her help getting his foot into the world of bikers. Being averse to chatting to strangers on social media, she ignored his messages, until he set her one saying he was ready to buy a motorcyle. It was then that she realised that he wasn't a strangr taking chances, he was seriosu about getting into biking.
Still, she didn't know Lebo and we've all been warned about stranger danger, so she brought her entire family along to meet Lebo and help him go shopping for a bike. Later, she taught him how to ride, and that's how their friendship developed.
Single at the time, Thembi asked Lebo to help her find a good man. Lebo saw that as his chance to win the lady over, and put his heart on the line, letting her know that he wanted to be her man, and she should call off the search. Admitting that she didn't really like him romantically at the time, Thembi still resolved to give him a chance to woo her, and woo her he did, because six months later, lobola negotiations began.
