The infamous Change Down Celebrity Lap may be named after Mzansi's rich and famous but very few of them have been able to live up to it's challenge. The fans have taken on the intricate track leaving the celebs in the dust. We take a look at all the celebs who have tried their hand behind Mgijimi's wheel and how they did. Celebrity Lap scoreboard sits at Celebs 6 - 1 Fans

Award-winning actor Warren Masemola was the first to chase a win on the Change Down Celebrity Lap in hopes of taking the first trophy for the celebs. Sadly, he lost dismally to his fan.

The celebrity lap has taken many more celeb names since that day. Siyabonga Radebe and Lorcia Cooper also couldn't quite crack it on the track. They found the curves too sharp, the turns too technical and the track to be as beastly as Mgijimi, the Renault sport they were given to sign their name as champions of the infamous lap.

Dr Malinga has all the moves on the dancefloor and sales in albums but he could not quite crack a win on the Change Down Celebrity Lap. It seemed no one would be able to put meaning to the title Celebrity Lap.

Just when we thought all hope for the celebs had been lost, enter actress Moliehi ‘Didie’ Makobane. The stunning actress got onto the track and fired up Mgijimi to an undisputed win!

There have been no wins since Didie took the title of champion for the celebs that one episode, but hope among the celebrities must remain strong. With the scoreboard sitting at Celebs 1 - 6 Fan the Celebrity Lap may have to be changed to the Fan's Lap.
