The leadership and employees of the MultiChoice Group are saddened by the passing of Ahmed Kathrada. To honour his memory, several channels on the DStv platform will be paying tribute to this great leader over the coming days.

- SuperSport Blitz is running an obituary throughout the day – DStv channel 200, available to all DStv customers
- kykNET and kykNET & kie will run an obituary in eNuus this evening at 7pm – DStv channel 144, available to DStv Premium and Extra customers and channel 145, available to DStv Premium, Extra, Compact and Family customers
- kykNET will have a special insert in kykNET Verslag tonight at 9:30pm – DStv channel 144
- kykNET will also air the episode of Sandra op ‘n Drafstap with a dedicated interview with Ahmed Kathrada, on Sunday 2 April at 8pm – DStv channel 144
