It’s been a difficult ride for Jabu and Zama. Both children of warring families their love was a sore point from the start. Not leaving out Iris’ scorn after Jabu left her for Zama. When that obstacle was out of the way they were free to love with abandon, and this was when the beloved “Cakes” was born.
Cloud nine was their permanent station as they transported us into their dazzling love struck world.
There’s always been, sadly, a stumbling block. One bigger than Iris. And it goes by the name of Judas Ngwenya. So much of an obstacle this was it took Beauty lying to her husband in order for Zama and “Cakes” to keep their relationship. It became top secret while “Cakes” did every romantic thing imaginable for Zama.
It has all come to a staggering end. Qaphela made sure of that after bumping into a cosy picture of Zama and Jabu on her phone. His dad’s son, he ran to Judas with the news, and a plan was quickly put in place to drive a physical wedge between Zama and Jabu.
Of course Jabu got it the worst. Beatings, torture. The works.
With all his violence and threats can Judas break “Cakes” indefinitely?
